This month has seen me approached by a number of different clients and associates seeking assistance in identifying high quality candidates for permanent role opportunities. Through our unique network we have consequently been successful in making some very worthwhile connections. It is becoming increasingly evident that the war for talent has not passed the HR / OD community, with a client of ours noting that "it is a very shallow talent pool out there". Fortunately aCE talentNET is indeed in a unique position of being able to tap in to a specialist OD / HR / L&D market. Whilst most  of our network are not interested in permanent full-time opportunities, many have a very flexible and innovative approach to work structure. This coupled with our obvious ability to tap into an enviable OD community means we will continue to have success in making very rewarding connections.

I'm pleased to report a very busy month with a diverse range of activity noted.  This has included permanent recruitment opportunities, seminars on emotional intelligence, leadership development, consulting opportunities in project & change management and facilitation across a range of capabilities (ie team building sessions using a number of tried & trusted assessment instruments, performance management etc).  aCE talentNET has also been broadening it's alliance activities and clients and consultants alike should look forward to exciting announcements regarding these initiatives in the months to come.

All of us at aCE talentNET continue to be impressed with the calibre of our talent network, which is growing daily thanks to the referral efforts of  all of our  associates.  aCE talentNET does not aggressively advertise or market for new consultants but rather relies on the efforts of consultants and clients to refer high quality talent to our website.  Rest assured your referrals are noted with thanks and where appropriate are rewarded with a tangible token of appreciation!!
