The Professional Edge is aCE POLSON' means of communicating with  you on a  quarterly basis.  It provides an update of quarterly activities, informative reading and p rofessional development opportunities to enable you to expand your Consulting horizons. 

COMMENTS FROM THE GMs DESK....  Well I'm pleased to advise it's been an active start to 2004 with contracts secured in change management, training & facilitation and extension of contracts for consultants in financial services.  We have also secured a new client thanks to a referral from one of our loyal consultants.  If there are any other consultants out there that have more work than they can deliver please do not hesitate to contact aCE, as I'm sure we will be able to support you and your client in some way.  And to our clients... if you have any projects that need additional resourcing please come and talk to us at aCE.

aCE is also busy with launching two new potential offshoots the detail of which will be advised as service offerings and alliances have been confirmed.

It was also pleasing to see Consultants making the most of the traditional 'quiet time' over the Christmas / New Year break and re-initiate contact via marketing efforts.  Many saw this as an opportunity to update their CV and forward updated details to aCE.  However I'm sure there are many consultants that may not have got around to this yet and to those consultants I encourage you to read the Better CVs article we have prepared to assist you with this.  Whether you are an independent consultant, internal consultant or someone that hires consultants, this article is for you.  Never under estimate the value of a good CV!!! I hope you enjoy this new look newsletter, we would appreciate any feedback (good or otherwise) that you might have. Also, a big  Congratulations to Karen and Dan on the birth of Maximilien Squire Ryan born 02 March 04; 3.8kg (8.7 lb), 50 cm long and oh so good looking!
