Isn't it funny how we miss something that is staring us in the face... you have to wonder how that can be, yet it happens to all of us from time to time! aCE talentNET experienced this over the past week when a consultant phoned us for a general chat and during our conversation mentioned that they had lost out on a significant (and I mean 'significant'!) leadership development program opportunity as the colleagues with whom they would normally collaborate were not available. DOH! When we asked why they didn't come to aCE talentNET the jaw drop on the other end of the phone was deafening! Despite some scrambling to reignite the opportunity, alas it was too late!
So our message to our Talent Network is this... if you receive consulting opportunities and do not have the resources to meet the brief come to us! You will be the client and aCE will introduce you to the right consulting talent to deliver the project to the client! Anyone needing to discuss this please call the office line.
