It's hard to believe we are over halfway through 2004!!!  I'm pleased to report that a healthy activity level continues from clients looking to partner with consulting resources to achieve their 'people' agenda.  Activity has been varied and has included clients looking for consultants with expertise in change management, project management, facilitation and learning and development projects.  Industries have also been varied including financial services, manufacturing, IT, local government, telecommunications etc.  We are receiving enquiries from alliance partners looking for full-time resources for various recruitment projects.  

Over recent months we have also been busy implementing a new consultant database that records in-depth data about our consultant capabilities, experience, past roles, qualifications, accreditations etc.  Thank you to all of you that responded to our request for information, and if you haven't already, its never too late!  This database enhances our ability to identify and match suitable consultants to client opportunities. Finally, welcome our new clients and consultants that have recently joined the aCE community.  The best part of my job is meeting new people and learning about your business and experiences.  aCE prides itself on understanding our client needs and our consultant skills and abilities and thus making appropriate and successful introductions.  Should any of you require support in achieving your objectives for the remainder of the calendar year please do not hesitate to contact me at consult@acetalentnet.com.au
