Thanks Craig.
The link has been updated.

In fairness to GPR Dehler, they are consistently getting results using RO. Feel free to contact them should you wish to discuss further. www.gprdehler.com

This IS a great article, but the link has changed with the new Gobal RO web site. The new link is:

http://globalro.org/index.php?option=com_docman&task=doc_download&gid=15&Itemid=&phpMyAdmin=367c4907f176t7a6c7fd2&lang=en

Sadly there are far too many other management fads that fail to get the results like Requisite Organization (RO). The plethora of these untested approaches makes it more difficult for the CEO to find serious management solutions for the businesses of today, like RO.

In response to: Resumes not long for this world...

We have processed thousands of applicants and placed /recruited some hundreds and do so using objective measurable competencies, skills and attributes. The resume is only required for shortlisted/qualified candidates and then only to give the client some information regarding job history, not competencies.

hello Daniella.
Joe Wisner's name does not ring any bells I'm afraid, and nor have I worked with Disney on any projects.

However, should you want to find out more about me, feel free to visit www.acetalentnet.com.au/denise_hall.php

Over recent years, Victorian governments of both colours have offered lots of support to small business which is largely ignored. By phoning the small business hotline 13 22 15, anyone starting a new business can access a huge range of info and advice for free -and get an experienced mentor.
As past president of the Australian Small Business Association, it's great to see these services available. It's a shame most people don't know they exist.
